Our AMCs include scheduled preventive visits, priority emergency support, firmware updates, camera cleaning, system health checks, and discounted replacement parts. Plans start from LKR 15,000 per year depending on system size.
In most cases, yes. We regularly take over the maintenance and support of existing CCTV, networking, and security systems originally fitted by other installers. A site survey lets us assess the current setup and confirm what we can support before you commit.
Customers with an active maintenance contract receive priority support, including 24/7 emergency assistance. For others, we schedule support visits during business hours — Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
