Yes. Many fingerprint terminals record attendance and release the door lock from the same scan, so staff clock in as they walk in. Where you need different control — for example attendance at the main entrance but restricted access to a store room — we fit separate devices. We recommend the right setup after a free site visit.
The attendance software works out hours, late arrivals, and overtime from the shift rules we set up for you, and the reports can be exported for your payroll process. During installation we configure your shifts and report formats and show your admin how to run them.
Worn or damaged fingerprints can be hard to read, which is common in manual work. We enrol more than one finger for each person, and many terminals also accept a card or PIN as a backup — we confirm the backup options for the device you choose before installation.
It depends on the type of lock, and we decide it with you before installation: some locks stay locked without power, while others release so people can always get out. We can add a backup power supply so the terminal and lock keep working through short power cuts.
Yes. A single attendance terminal for a small shop or office is a common job, and the same approach scales up to multi-door offices, factories, and schools. The free site visit tells us how many terminals and doors you actually need, so you don't pay for more than that.
