Yes, our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) include scheduled preventive visits, priority emergency support, firmware updates, camera cleaning, system health checks, and discounted replacement parts. AMC plans start from LKR 15,000 per year depending on system size.
Yes, every installation includes a thorough training session. We walk you through live viewing, playback, mobile app setup, and basic troubleshooting. We also provide a quick-reference guide and our support hotline number for any future questions.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and cheques. For larger projects, we offer flexible payment plans with an upfront deposit and balance on completion. Corporate clients can arrange credit terms subject to approval.
